The Benchmark, our most requested service, includes the capture, digital enhancement, and digital delivery of the three best still photographs taken using our 55-foot tall mast and digital camera system at one location on one property or street address.
The delivered images will be tastefully and carefully touched-up using professional, digital photography editing software:
contrasts will be deepened, colors will be strenghtened, and any unwanted elements will be removed or corrected.
Suitable for topnotch MLS listings, full color magazine advertisements and brochure printouts.

If you want photos taken from more than one vantage point.

Return Trip Charge$25
For when we go out to a property and, through no fault of our own, are not able to complete a photography session due to poor lighting conditions or lack of staging/cluttered rooms.
Out of Region Travel Charges
There is no travel charge for photography sessions within 30 miles of downtown Minneapolis; the travel charges for photography sessions beyond the 30 mile limit are listed below.
31 to 50 miles: $20
51 to 75 miles: $100
76 to 100 miles: $150
101 to 150 miles: $200
151 to 200 miles: $300
